Witch Hat Wet Felted DIY Kit

Learn how to make use a resist to create a three dimensional (3D) hollow form. Lay wool around both sides of a flat resist, and learn the tricks to create and set up a witch hat.

There is enough wool in this kit to make two hats, because the second attempt is always better than the first. The resist can be sized up to fit animal or human heads.

This tutorial is for people familiar with wet felting. Wet felting is the art of using heat and agitation to interlock fibres into a cloth.
